Overclocking two reference PNY GTX 970

So, I'm really new to overclocking and I'm using MSI afterburner and so these are my numbers.

I don't know if I should keep pushing my cards. Also encase my computer does crash what do I do to get in and change the clock? ^_^ post-221889-0-32759500-1429471387.png

What are your temps?

max around 75c
