hey guys 
i have a cpu that i want to oc using stock fan so can i reach 3.7-4.0 without any problems 
system specs
msi b85 p33 mb
cpu pentium g3258 3.2 ghz
g skill 8gb ram 
asus gtx 960
500 gb wd hdd
500w +80 bronze evga psu

i get 4.5GHz with the stock cooler on the g3258 so its doable

well as im reading now it also depends on the motherboard so is my motherboard good?!

Your motherboard should be fine for oc'ing the G3258.
