A program to view multiple webcams side by side?

So I have multiple webcams, and I was hoping there was a program so I can see them side by side to make a 360 live view.

 

Not sure if there was any programs you knew of that stood out as good or not crap?

okay, now for a stupid question,when adding a camera, my only option is youcam splitter... durrrr

 

EDIT: uninstalled youcam. will come back when I have an update. Computer sees the cameras but Ispy doesnt.
