Hey

So I currently has a cheap case with no real space on the back panel for cable management, ultimately taking a lot of space in the main part of the PC. Would changing the case to something like this see an increase in performance? Thanks!

I'd suggest you invest in more airflow instead of changing the entire case.

My current case is a CiT Vantage. The inside layout is awful.

Is there no space for extra fans? If so, then you're better off buying a new case.

There are 4 fans already on it. 3 intake and 1 out-take. No more space.

Does the air in the case go warm when the PC is running?

How can I test this?

Stress test your PC my running Prime95 and Furmark for a few minutes, then open your side panel and check the temperature.

It would help to list your specs and post some pictures.
