You should use PCPartPicker to pick your parts, what's your budget? I'd recommend using Intel CPU instead of AMD if your budget allows it.

1. Use www.pcpartpicker.com, you can make it so it's in your native currency (assuming your EU)

2. Read here http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/ andtell me the information that applies to you

3. You're PSU is more than enough. A 760w would be more than enough.

4.The 8350 is a bad processor for gaming, Get an i5 4440/ 4690K with either a H/Z97 MoBo.

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

i7 9700K (5.2Ghz @1.2V); MSI Z390 Gaming Edge AC; Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB 3200 CAS 16; H100i RGB Platinum; Samsung 970 Evo 1TB; Samsung 850 Evo 500GB; WD Black 3 TB; Phanteks 350x; Corsair RM19750w.

Laptop: Dell XPS 15 4K 9750H GTX 1650 16GB Ram 256GB SSD

1: That power supply is a ridiculous waste of money in every way imaginable.

2: Get the i3 over the AMD CPUs (Though the i3 went up in price) or an i5 if you can afford it

3: Get a graphics card that tells you WHAT GRAPHICS CARD IT IS!

4: You don't need water cooling if you aren't overclocking insanely

You're pairing super high end less important components with main components that aren't very good. Choose a CPU and GPU and build around that

Maybe this?: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/d7QLBm  not sure of your budget but with the money saved from not getting a watercooler/ridiculous power supply you can probably get an i5 and still spend less

Nude Fist 1: i5-4590-ASRock h97 Anniversary-16gb Samsung 1333mhz-MSI GTX 970-Corsair 300r-Seagate HDD(s)-EVGA SuperNOVA 750b2

Name comes from anagramed sticker for "TUF Inside" (A sticker that came with my original ASUS motherboard)
