Was actually thinking of adding another 970 later on, would a 650PSU be enough, or should I go 750?

550W is fine as long as you don't add another GPU

It will be fine, however if you want to SLI in the future you will require more.

I was actually just thinking about that would a 650 be enough, or should I go 750

The RM550 is already a bit overkill. A decent 500w would already be plenty. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b10500kr

Thanks, was wondering where I should put it, had it under the OC'ing because wanted to make sure it was enough for OCing, :)

650 is enough. You can't burn more power with your cooler, without a meltdown...

The pcpp estimation is always lower...

Running sli 980 on a 5930k takes about 515 watts. Just think about it. Proof: http://www.kimeraindustries.com/blog/2015/2/13/thermal-testing-announcement. Look at config seven. If a sli 980 and a 5930k is using 515 watt under load that a 4790k and a 970 is going to use more than 300 watts under load without oc. So please, dont say things you dont know about.

And here's additional proof: http://www.anandtech.com/show/8568/the-geforce-gtx-970-review-feat-evga/15. Take a look at their test bench : http://www.anandtech.com/show/8568/the-geforce-gtx-970-review-feat-evga/3. The 4960x is much more power consuming than a 4790k. Again, proof about the 4960x:http://www.anandtech.com/show/7255/intel-core-i7-4960x-ivy-bridge-e-review/6
