Possible motherboard problems

So its possible my motherboard has some parts fried on it. I have RMA'd my GPU three times and none of them have worked. I don't have another motherboard or another GPU so I almost need to buy motherboard to see if it is in fact my motherboard that's bad. However it says on Newegg that they may charge a 15% restocking fee. Will they, I don't want to buy a motherboard, have it still not work and have to pay shipping and a restocking fee. HELP!

Yes, I only painted the heatsyncs but yes it also voids the warranty.

I asked because I sprayed board once and had an issue because a single PCI pin got a speck of over spray on it... Have a look

 

Its very strange that you have had 3 GPU's not working, what was the symptoms?

No paint got near the PCI slots and I've tried all the slots. The GPU works great, reads 100% of all the specs in GPUz and can do some light loads like 4k video but when I put it under a big load like most games or stress tests the fans go to 100% and my computer reboots.

That Fault to me smells of power issue, Have you tried a different PSU? Did you try different PCI cable from the nice braided one?

No, I did RMA the PSU and that was right before I got my seconded GPU and the seconded and third GPU did the same thing however I can stress test my CPU and it works just fine. Should I maybe check where they plug into the PSU.

Yeah but I imagine its somewhere else. I'll look when o get my RAM back.

The only reason I RMA'd the PSU is because it had bad coil whine.
