Well, I was very curious for a very odd reason (I don't really have a reason ) but I wanted to know who in my area watch the same channels and/or videos that I do. Maybe it could be like you put in the website of the video and channel if you can't do it directly with YouTube (like me being able to see any website I type in)

I hope someone can understand my curiosity and help me.

if you own a website, there's a traffic log inside the control panel (or it use to be)

or you can use 3rd party tools network monitor

 

as for youtube, you don't have that control, only google does it, and only few selected partners can use that authority to block certain ip range from certain country to block the content (like vevo)

All I want to see is how many people in my area watch, say Linus Tech Tips. I don't want to see where they are, but just how many there are in my area. Is that possible? If not, this is not a huge priority of mine.
