My budget is $700 and I can go a bit over. I want the least amount of bottlenecking with the most performance. But if I get a bad CPU now, I'll upgrade in 6-12 months.

GTX 970, i5, you don't need k serie cpu if you don't plan on overcloking.

1. Good if you don't want to overclock, but I recommend that you get Corsair/Kingston Ram.
2. GPU is not too good, depending on what games you want to play.
3. If you don't mind AMD Gpu's, this is a great choice if you also don't want to overclock.
4. GPU is way too overkill for CPU, CPU cooler only has one fan, and RAM isn't from a big company. Really bad choice this one.
