Steam writing to disk error.

Yesterday I purchased GTA 5, and I expected that it would download overnight and that I would be able to play it by the time school was over. When I got home though I found that there was only 33/59gb downloaded. So I thought it went into sleep mode or something, so I continued the download but I realized that it would download for a couple minutes and then it would say busy writing to disk and then the download would go back into the queue and completely stop. If anyone knows a fix to this problem it would be greatly appreciated!

I believe it has to do something with the files being decrypted. I would suggest starting a new download and clearing Steam cache.
