But now i have a problem MSI Afterburner won't let me go past 1200MHz on Core clock why not ? And another question i saw that VRM Temparature 1 went up to 69C is that something i should worry about ?

1200 is just the limit AMD set on the card, but it can be circumvented by enabling unofficial overclocking support and extent overclocking limits in the afterburner settings. Your VRM temps are fine, they are good until at least 80 degrees and probably higher. You have an awesome card btw, that's a beast overclocker.

edit: is it a 280 or a 280x? I can't get past 1800 points with my 7950 at 1150MHz.

~non cogito, ergo non sum?~
