Not without a jailbreak (which I personally don't recommend but its your choice)

If you know someone with a developer account then (I'm not sure since I haven't tested it myself but it's theory) maybe they could put the app out on the test flight app for their account and invite you (I'm not sure how this work so you'll have to google it and know someone with a developer account or have one yourself, though if you have one yourself you can simply load it off of xcode to your phone).

 

EDIT: And if you get access to the app via the test flight app their won't be any lock down from apple and you won't have to jailbreak. Though, I'm not sure if it works since I haven't tried it. But give it a try if you know someone with a developer account!
