Streaming Questions... Help!

I want to start streaming and I'm wondering is my 4790K capable of streaming games while I play a high demanding game with no problems.

I don't want to spend money on xSplit if I know I losing performance doing so? I still want my computer run smoothly.

 

As long I can play games in 2K at 60+ FPS I'm happy.

While I can still multitask while streaming smoothly

should be fine. professional streamers use the i7, so you will be fine.

 

I wouldn't bother buying Xsplit, just use OBS. it free, and just as good.

Your GPU will be mostly reason for bad performance. I mean I got 4770K and having stream running it goes only up to 65-70% of use.
