K70 Steam problems

MattLantis

Hey guys, so I just got my K70 yesterday, and I'm just really playing around with automations and animations and stuff. So I got a few right, but when I log into steam, it crashes all animation, like it just stops working. I've tried switching profiles after steam has launched, but it hasn't worked. If anybody could help, I'd be very gracious. Thanks!

I have the same issue with my k65, you need to unplug it and plug it back in and it should work. It's something with the corsair utility software that causes the issue and there's really nothing you can do until they update it.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x  GPU: ASUS Strix rtx 2080 Super RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 8gb x4 PSU: Corsair HX850i Motherboard: ASUS Strix x570-E Storage: Samsung 840 pro, Samsung 970 evo 1tb nvme, segate 2tb Case: NZXT H510I Cooling: Corsair h100i

when it freezes change the polling rate also run steam as admin whenever steam crashes just change the polling rate wait 30 seconds and it should be fine. also make sure you're saving to device memory
