WIN 7 being a douche

i recently built a computer and when i try to install windows 7, it gets the blue screen and there atre always different codes, or it actually passes but my mouse and keyboard dont work. any suggestions?

Have you overclocked your system? if so, revert to default speeds

What codes? could you take a picture of the screen on your phone and post it?
