Most of the time brand doesn't matter, If you have a personal preference then I guess it does, It would also come down to support, If you want great support read up on reviews from buyers, if you purchase online you can see the reviews below the item that you are purchasing usually that is, I know on Newegg.ca/.com there is a reviews tab, read up,

I would also recommend getting a hard drive to go along with your SSD, 1 or 2 TB would be fine

Is the motherboard too high end?  and what about my rams and cooler and other better and lower price?

Are you trying to cut corners to save money or are you happy with this, If you are happy then this is the perfect build, I would run this exact setup if I could afford it,

serious overclockers use the EXTREME variant but if you want it here is a build I put together changed the H80 for a H100i if it does not fit change it to H80i personally I would go for the MSI GD-65 for the motherboard.

I was going to recommend the MSI Gaming series boards if he/she wanted to save money, but as I see it they are happy to go with this,

The 4770k offers no benefit over the 4670k for gaming.

The 840 (Non pro) performs just as fast as the 840 Pro and is much cheaper.

Ram with speeds above 1600 offer no additional benefit to gaming.

The system is sli ready.
