its okish for 720p 60/1080p 30fps medium settings in most games, games like CS:GO will be fine on max details but new games like say Shadow Of Mordor or whatever, will

As it was stated, it's a great budget laptop GPU, what I would recommend, is to overclock, so that you can match the performance of a gty 860m (it also depends on the fact, whether you have a DDR3 or a GDDR5 version).
