Note 4 or Samsung s6 edge

What would you guys recommend out of the two?

The Note 4 has the advantage of a larger screen and battery life, while the s6 is pretty much better in every other aspect.

I love having a large screen and I'm a worried about the battery life on the s6.

s6 edge easy win

Nah if he was going to get the s6, he should get the normal one. s6edge has no real features that the Note Edge doesn't already do. And those select few quirks (like the fav contact notification thing) can be (when it will most likely be made) downloaded from the PlayStore or modded in with a rooted device. Couple this fact with the better battery life, better edge screen (imo) and all the features of the S-Pen?

Note Edge hand's down wins over both note 4 and s6/edge.

I'd say go for the S6 purely because the Exynos is back baby!

The way that the Exynos 7420 just destroys the 810 makes me wonder why Qualcomm even bothered releasing it.

I'm getting the S6 Edge personally because it just looks better and has far better specs. If the Note 5 came out right now, though, I'd probably get that instead if it were of comparable quality. Personally, I like every aspect of the Note 4 more than the S6 Edge except for looks, specs, and construction. Multitasking features can't hold a candle to the Note 4, but that's something I'm OK with, since I like being able to use my phone one-handed at least a third of the time.

Replaceable battery and a microSD slot are things that I'll miss, but my old microSD card magically broke a month ago, so I don't even have one that I can use anyway without sinking another 100 bucks on the thing.

I played with it in the verizon store, and I just didn't like it very much. Samsung cleaned up touchwiz and improved there build quality and that was my main reservations in the past.

Regular S6. The Edge is really uncomfortable to hold.

My main worries about the Note/Note edge is that the software isn't as good, worse fingerprint scanner, and no wireless charging. Oh and I hadn't really thought about the Note edge, but I will think about it now.

Software is blindingly fast. it's built for multitasking. Scanner is just as fickle on the s6, requiring you to swipe down the exact middle. None of them are perfect, and yes it does have wireless charging, you just need to get an extra wireless charging adapter that slots in between the back of your phone and the cover. It's got it all :P

The finger print scanner just requires you to put your finger on it on the s6, and by worse software I meant more bloatware.
