Wacom Bamboo Capture Pen and Touch Tablet

I was wondering is this graphics tablet is still relevant? I don't really have much extra cash atm and I was thinking about getting a used one on amazon for around $40. The other option was to buy GTAV or wait for steam summer sales.

The Wacom Bamboo series isn't worth it unless you only use it for onenote and signatures on documents. If you want to get into drawing you should spend the extra cash on an "intuos" branded Wacom tablet
