COD BO2 stats reset

Hey i logged on to COD BO2 to day and there was a window saying all my stats and progression has been reset and i don't know why. i didn't cheat didn't hack didn't glitch didn't troll didn't abuse any one didn't have any downloaded content that i didn't buy. i think this is totle BS cause i have followed ALL there guide lines so something like this would never happen. and i cant send a email to support cause there dam site is down. so what do i do for now and what would be my chances of getting my stats back. i play on Steam btw

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.
Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers
