My specs are a i7 4790k, a gtx 980 reference, 16gb ram and a msi gaming motherboard

how do i clear the cmos?

However the system was fine for a few days or even a week as I was installing the new drivers from the website than first my wifi stopped working than the blue screens started coming up so im not sure what to do

Look in the manual or remove the battery for a minute.

It's a driver issue with your wireless by the sounds of it mate.

Boot into safe mode, uninstall them and install the ones directly from the manufacturers site

Yeah I actually just realised that right now my motherboard is the gaming 9 ack while I installed the ones for the 9ac :P lol

but how do I fix this?

Remove the wifi card and tell me if you get blue screens.

My computer seems to be running fine now but I guess I will have to wait and see but thanks however now I have a new problem which is that I can not connect to my home wifi but I can connect to the wifi hotspot from my phone which is weird
