Is it okay to build my computer before I get the graphics card?  I am getting in in 2 days just wondering if it will do any damage if I put the parts in and don't power it on. (btw my processor doesn't have integrated graphics)

PC parts don't break eachother if something is missing. They just don't boot. As for GPU, if you CPU/mobo support iGPU you can happily build and even run PC without GPU.
