Or never. Either way, it's going to be a short cycle, with only a few CPUs. People only talk about Skylake because it's looking to be much more interesting than Broadwell.

It will. Also it's a new architecture (tock in the tick-tock?), not just a die shrink, so CPU improvements obviously
