Hey everyone :)

I'm building a few PCs (three for start) for a design studio and was hoping to get some help from you guys.

I'm not quite sure what to build and i'm on a budget, would be great to keep it under $500 per PC.

I think SSD for windows is crucial, probably some Nvidia video card for photoshop is nice, monitor probably has to be better than TN but not very professional.

Hope to also include a possibility to upgrade later for more heavy work like video editing / animation.

Mainly designers are gonna work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

Would appreciate if you could throw a few reasonable options :)

Won't really get something like that for $500

CPU: Intel i7-4790K @ 4.7GHz --- RAM: Lenovo 1600MHz 16GB --- MOBO: Gigabyte Z97-G7 --- GPU: EVGA GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0+--- PSU: Corsair CX600 --- Case: Corsair Air 540 --- Cooler: NZXT Kraken X61 --- OS: Windows 8.1 --- Monitor: 24" AOC G2460P + Dell 19" --- Mouse: Logitech MX Perfromance --- Keyboard: Corsair K70 (Cherry MX Brown) --- Audio: Sennheiser HD558

Don't buy a GTX 980, it's overpriced! Buy 2 GTX 970s or 2 R9 290s intstead (the R9 290s would even be cheaper)

so you want a monitor, windows, mouse and keyboard in that price?

I was hoping to get at least a proper PC for $500. Monitors will probably go separate, they should be at least 24".

No need for windows and shipping etc.

Thanks for the replies so far :)
