Getting a new PC. Mostly gaming and programming.

Heya all,

I'm getting a new PC soon (next month), and seeing as I don't really understand anything about PC builds, I figured I'll just ask the experts.

1. Budget & Location
About 1500$ USD without peripherals. I live in Israel, so the prices may vary here.

2. Aim
Gaming (GTA IV, Witcher 3, etc.) and programming (VMs, mostly). Maybe streaming?

3. Monitors

I plan to run my games on 1 monitor. When I work I usually need 2 monitors, so I guess you could say 2.

I don't have any plans for 4k currently, but I may have in the future.

Nothing too flashy for me for the case. Just something that looks nice and is reletively silent.

1500.... USD? 4k is still fairly overwhelming for GPUs, even on the high end and frequently requires multiGPU configs. You'll probably want to upgrade in the future. Will edit this post in a few minutes with a build.

Edit: Here's the build I came up with. Left a fair bit of bufer since prices are different in different places. Anything you can't find on your own retailers, post back here and we'll tell you if it's still a good choice and will work. (Also not sure what retailers there are in Isreal / the currency, so....)
