windows 7 actual black theme

My settings. Color intensity to the max, enabled transparency because Google Chrome sucks without transparency.

Gives a metallic black shiny window(like real window, glass window)

This is what I did, with a black image background. Easy to look at.

I was wondering if there was a way to get a darker black theme for windows 7 other than picking the grey theme and turning the brightness down as unless I have a dark background pick it's only really a darkish grey.

there is no black in the colour mixer it goes from red through the spectrum back to red as black isn't a colour?

I would stay away from third party apps as well and it is the reason why i have only changed my desktop background and window bar colors only. If you find one please let me know of it.

So you mean your monitor is to bright, hate to tell you but black is the darkest color.... try turning down your monitor brightness.

no brightness is just right as I am using a projector in most scenarios which needs to be calibrated just right but atm I have a bright background scheme so the dark theme isn't actually all that dark. I will be changing to a dark background soon but would just be nice to have the option of a dark on bright background. Seems like they could have spent two more seconds programming to give me darkness :)

Disable transparency, max out color intensity and bring all other sliders to the left.

And you will get an opaque black window theme.

Kinda sucks having to disable transparency but that's what I've done for the time being.
