Even i3-4160 is cheaper but it performs better. i3-4130T has much lower TDP though.

I would go with the i3 4150, it is slightly better and cost less

No if you're gaming. Just go with non T series i3, I'd suggest i3-4160, i3-4150 and i3-4130.

Like mentioned above, take a different CPU and consider the r9 270x, it's way better than the r7 250 and only slightly more expensive (20-40 bucks). Trust me, you won't be dissapointed by the performance.

Hawk has more overclocking capabilities go with that if you're into overclocking (it has better cooling as well) but it's more expensive than normal MSI 270X Gaming Edition (in my country but I don't know US price).

the i3 4130, 4150, and 4160 are all cheaper than the i3 4130t

i put the i3-4160 on the build .. ill w8 for they other guy to reply about the video card and then ill paste the final build

well i know that overclocking helps a lot on the performnce but i dont know how to do it exactly .. i can see some tutorials .. but you know .. i dont wanna kill my pc in one day ..

It depends how much money you're willing to spend on the GPU (I recommend r9 270x -> r9 270 -> r7 250) go by your budget.

LIGHTNING is for high end GPU like R9 290X.

Ofcourse the 270x is better, but it's also a bit more expensive and I can't look in his pockets.
