Well how many fps are you trying to get. If you say 60fps then I doubt it at max settings.

Should be fine for low settings but u will find out in 3 ish hours

Rockstar says a single 2GB 760 can run GTA V at 4k 30fps (settings unknown), so from that info you should easily be able to get that, considering the 980 is a much more powerful single card than the 760, and has double the VRAM for textures and whatnot.
