help me upgrade my processor

i have gigabyte ga-ma78gm-us2h (i think its rev1.0 since my bios version still F2) motherboard, and 6GB of ram(originaly 2GB,get some part from my cousin). and processor amd athlon 64, i want to upgrade my processor, please suggest the best processor i can get for my motherboard (used or new). link to my motherboard page .

 

i also want to add Graphics Cards (my old one died) but its not priority since my pc only for office work.i want to do some gaming in the future, please suggest graphics card that wont bottleneck with my processor
