Stream Encoding goes wrong.

Since a few days I have a new computer. Here are my specifications:

  • GTX 980
  • I7 5820k
  • Windows 8.1
  • 16GB RAM

I'm trying to stream with Open Broadcast Software (OBS), but when I try to preview I already get frame lagg. When I disable encoding while previewing, the frame lagg is gone.

It doesn't have anything to do with my upload speed because that is 70mb+. I think there is something wrong with the encoding.. it uses x264 What can i do about this ? is there anyone that can help me out?

 

EDIT:
I'm playing on a 4k monitor that i downscaled to 2k because i though that could be a problem.. Maybe it has something to do with this? i don't really know anymore..
