First time builder please help

About to head out to a pc store later today so I need quick help. I only have $700 right now I'm going to ncix to price match.Anyways I need a build without monitor for 1000 I will upgrade on black friday to a 390x or something when that time comes I'll know but for now I'll build a 1080 build.Can you make sure NCIX has the parts.

 

Don't need for now:

Keyboard

OS

Peripherals

 

I want a build for 1080p gaming or 1440p if possible for now.Later on I will upgrade to 1440p.

 

I want to max 1080 but if I can't that doesn't really matter.

With the 700 what should I buy.

 

If I buy the korean 1440p monitor and game at 1080 will it be bad.
