so, ok, teh king of the realm is noctua's  nhd15, i wanted to know id any retailer had started working on actually efficent vapor chamber air coolers...

I think coolermaster is the only one really bothering with vapour chamber tech for air coolers at the moment. If you look on bit-tech.net they did a tour of some of CMs offices and workplaces and saw some interesting air cooling prototypes which may eventually come to market.

Well honestly, with direct contact heatpipes being a thing, vapour chambers wont bring the kind of improvements as you would think. so noone really cares, especially as you still need a bigass sink and fins for all the heat anyway
