low, cpu isnt stable

high, lower life time higher temp you can kill it you if you do to much high voltage

low you can get crashes, high you get to much heat and it can crash or thermal throttle. Are you planing on overclocking or underclocking.

Lower voltage can also save you if you need to underclock. had to do that with an asrock mobo cuz i put an 1100t in it when the mobo didn't support 125 watts to the cpu.
