Document Nightmare

I need help so badly, as the smart person i am, i was editing my Application for a job in gmail.

When my Chrome crashed, the good part is it saved (As a HTML) Bad part is when i open it a bunch of code pops up.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this please?

Application as in a program or as in applying for a job application ?

 

The first picture is a bunch of CSS the others I do not recognise but others may.

 

I think if we knew a little more it would be helpful, was it an email via gmail you where writing, editing a google doc...

 

I am familiar enough with simple CSS and HTML to say I can't see any really user content in the screen shots though.

 

Have you tried copying and pasting it into an html testing environment like :

That may at least be a starting point.
