Don't waste your money on fans. They're not worth the other areas you're skimping on.

Just with a quick glance here's what I'd change:

Do NOT get a 60gb SSD. The price difference is only $7 for a 128gb, and $47 for a 240gb. It's simply not enough space.

There's a lot left to be desired. A stronger graphics card would help a fair bit. With a $1000 budget you can almost squeeze an i5 in there.

Why waste your money on fans, a controller, and something that chances LED colors?

This will give you much easier upgradibility in the future with the Intel CPU not to mention better performance. Don't waste the little money you have on fans and fan controllers and led controllers because you take away so much from what you actually want from your rig. You will get much more performance from this build than the one you made.

You need this much fans?

Don't waste your money on fan and led controllers right now, keep as much money for the build right now and then if you really want those, implement them in later

i need the fan controller and the fans for streaming cus i am a streamer and i am a youtube video editor so when im not streaming or editing i can keep the fans a 25% speed so my pc wont over heat and i want the hue controller cus i love the lighting for pcs and im making my sick setup that i have wanted to make for awhile but i dont want to go expansive yet i want it to be aroung 900 CND but to be able to play world of warcraft and hearthstone or like cs go im not that in to hard core pc gaming so i dont need that big of a computer yet but i was looking in to a 6 core processor later on

If I'm not wrong (which I usually am wrong) can't you control the fan speed in the motherboard Bios on some motherboards? I think I can on mine. Also for the build you have, why get the mini atx motherboard for a mid tower case? Also if you go intel for your CPU get an unlocked one.

It may be 6 cores but it is weaker than the 4 core Intel. The Intel one is about 8-10 AMD cores.

You aren't understanding what I am saying. On paper yes AMD CPUs have more cores. BUT 1 Intel core is equal to 2-3 AMD cores so reality is Intel has a better core to core ratio.

But if you want to, waste your money "on something better because it has more cores"

Ok waste your money on AMD. You have little to no upgradibility with it. Also not able to take full use of GPUs because the AMD will bottleneck it if it is higher mid range or higher.

At low price amd will offer better results i believe 6300 is excelent for price since u gonna be streaming and rendering. Intel wont offer u anything decent at that price. But yeh amd still struggles at games http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu/display/core-i3-4340-4330-4130_5.html#sect0would only recommend changing from corsair psu to evga but so far your build looks good and excelent for price.
