IP config screwed

I don't know anything of networking,yesterday had to reset my computer and after I did my internet got disconnected,but only on my computer,everything else works fine,the PS3 trough Ethernet and my cellphone trough WiFi that I'm using to type this more to the point,myPC isn't working through neither,and the error it gives me is that it doesn't have a valid IP configuration.

I tried disabling IPv6 and refreshing trough the command but neither helped, in fact it tells me that an address is yet to be to be associated with the network end point and that while releasing interface loopback the system cannot find the file specified,and if I try renewing it it says that an attempt was made to access the socket in a way forbidden by it's access permissio,and the same error about not finding the file specified.

I have no idea what to do ;_;.

make sure your connection is set to use DHCP (i.e. obtain ip address automatically)
