Should I use the stock intel cooler or the zalman??

My PC Specs: CPU: Core i5 4590 @ stock speeds, GPU: RX 480 8GB, RAM: 16GB DDR3 @1600mhz

 

Case: Zalman ZM-T4,Motherboard: GigaByte GA-H81M-S2H LGA 1150, HDD/SSD: 2TB Seagate Expansion drive, 1TB Samsung Portable HDD, 160gb Intel SSD, PSU: 550w corsair cxm

Thats up to preference, I would recommend something from Be Quiet, They have some nice tower-coolers.

If you have both on hand just test them out. If youre buying go with the cheapest even tho Zalman is probably a bit better. Try to formulate your question better next time. Be more specific so that we dont have to guess what it is you want to know.

I am going to get a be quiet Pure Rock but my case came with the zalman cooler :)

I already own both

atm my cpu is reaching temps of 30ish idle 50ish load (with stock)

I read reviews of the zalman one and people are saying it is really loud :/

I already own both

10/10 Zalman. If it's too loud buy a new fan. It'll make a difference

You could try the Zalman cooler, I dont know how it will perform, But trying wouldnt hurt.
