What resolution is this

XplosiveNoctua99
Go to solution Solved by Forcebreaker,

Its 3.4k

I know that 4K is 3840x2160

but what is 3360x2100

I was wondering because I was using DSR to play Thief at that res on my 1680x1050 monitor at 55ish fps

I am impressed my rig can handle that :)

My PC Specs: CPU: Core i5 4590 @ stock speeds, GPU: RX 480 8GB, RAM: 16GB DDR3 @1600mhz

3360x2100 doesn't have a given name. But it is basically 4 times the resolution of your monitor and therefor the Nvidia drivers can get more detail into the final picture.

Not all resolutions have names.

This is doesn't have it too. (and it is also not very common, so if you want benchmarks on it, look up 4K and 1440p and it is somewhere inbetween that)

Technically it would qualify as 3k, since 3200x1800 is named that. A bit like both 4096x2160 and 3840x2160 are considered 4k.
