looking for small vesa mount

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a vesa mount that is 75mm or smaller, that can reach 30cm or more from the wall and that can tilt at least 30 degree. It can't be bigger than 75mm because it won't fit on my modified samsung syncmaster 2232bw. Budget is around 30 Euro.
