OK then you should be find. Just bare in mind that you will be slightly decreasing the lifespan of that chip. However, given that it is only a dual core I don't think you will still have it by the time it dies.

is it worth keeping my g3258 at 1.35v to sustain a stable 4.3GHz as a 24/7 overclock?

What cooler are you using. Generally I would say no, as it will decrease CPU lifespan

What's your usage scenario? Like, your computer is literally running 24 hours a day under full load? Or do you idle for a few hours then game a few? Because if the latter, then it's worth it to have it at 1.35v Since you have an H100i, I imagine it runs pretty cool. So yea.

General rule is not to exceed 1.3v unless you have a beefy cooler to keep it under reigns. But if you're ok with taking some time off the cpu's life then you should be fine really :3

1.35v is fine for the G3258.
