These are the 3 build that i made:

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Umegadem/saved/z4kRsY
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Umegadem/saved/WQ3BD3

If you have the time, please have a look at it and tell me which one is the best :)

Note: In each build, a GTX 970 have been bought as I am using my old GTX 970.

IMO second or the third. Replace the PSU with an EVGA SuperNova G2 (750 or 850 watt)

If you are going to watercool, then i would suggest buying all your components from EKWB. Their products are easy to work with, good quality and look awesome.

I have never worked with XSPC components, so i can't suggest them to you.

2nd build, but with some modifications:

  1. Change the CPU cooler to the Raijintek Triton. I've seen that you added a custom loop to build 3; so be it, the Triton is an AIO Liquid cooler that allows for future expansion with a custom loop. So your entire CPU cooler is re-used in the loop, and you don't waste a peny, should you decide to go that route in the future. Besides, the look is awesome, and it's cheaper too!
  2. Reduce RAM size to 8gbs.
  3. Do you REALLY need 250gb SSD? I still think 120 is more than I'll ever use. Maybe if I needed a dual boot machine, but aside for that... it seems a waste.
  4. Add a second Gtx 970.
  5. Change PSU to this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750bbefx
  6. I question the need for so many fans....

Wait, so in the future I can put a GPU waterblock and connect it with the triton?

3 GTX 970s is a waste but 2 is pretty good.  I would go with #2 but get an EVGA 750W G2 PSU instead as it is about the best you can get for the price.  Also, if you want performance, add a second 970 but never 3.

Exactly. Imagine a custom watercooler loop. That's what the Triton is; the only difference is that it already comes assembled and filled with water. But you can undo the fittings and it becomes a normal kit.

In fact, it even comes with 3 different inks for you to color your water!

I was thinking about this after what you said, if I were to put a GPU block(maybe even 2), will I need to get another pump and resevoir?

No idea. I've got little experience with that.
