Do I need drivers for anything else? Like cpu, ram, or anything? I'm super new to this and this is my very first pc that i've built.

Thanks guys.

If you plan to use the integrated audio, grab the Realtek audio drivers, Intel Rapid Storage drivers, and the Atheros LAN driver. As for your video card, grab the latest stable version.

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

I will help you, you need to provide me the specs of your new computer.  And I will know specifically what you need.

But, generally if you are using intergrated audio (not using an audio card) download the realtek drivers for your specific realtek audio chip that is listed on the motherboard box and manual.

For your graphics card, just check the graphics card box and see the model, and then if its AMD, go to this website I would suggest doing it manually but if it makes you feel better use the automatic tool http://support.amd.com/en-us/download for Nvidia use this http://www.geforce.com/drivers

If you are using Intel HD graphics, download the intel HD graphics driver from the motherboard website.  And use this to keep them up to date http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect
