H440 Front Panel Mod.

Hi folks.

 

So I managed to get a spare front panel for my H440 case (white). I was thinking was modding with with some additional vents/holes for better airflow.

 

Something like the attached pic.

 

Any ideas how to start? How would I create the round holes?

That looks like the modder just took off the metal plate from the front panel and replaced it with a custom acrylic plate with the fan cutouts...

You would have to make sure you mesure correctly but a 120mm hole drill and a dremel should serve you fine there, clean up the edges and paint so it doesnt look awful and then add some nice custom grapics and you are sorted! I am thinking of doing that when i get round to finding a new front panel to try it out on! Keeps us posted i am very interested mate

Didn't even realise that could be done to the front panel.
