the nzxt krakens are really good. I would Avoid swiftechs I've had three swiftech h220's die on me.just my personal experience

4ghz isn't much. You should be shooting for at least ~4.6-4.7ghz with a cooler like the x61.

oh really i thought that would be a lot of stress on it cause it's starts at 3.3ghz with putting in account if I'm lucky and get more

4ghz is barely an oc--any decent aftermarket cooler like the 212 Evo is already more than enough for that.

Heh a friend of mine bought one of those after 2 weeks pump died :P no offense But I personally avoid swiftech products now.

As long as voltages and temps aren't too high, you shouldn't be damaging your cpu. Clock speed doesn't damage the cpu.

so cooling the 5820k with the kraken so is a great choice for getting high clock speeds

The Kraken x61 is a good cooler. Whether it's a great idea depends on what your objectives are. There are probably cheaper and/or quieter alternatives that may also fulfill your needs.
