What CPU do you have?

Do not use Prime95 on Haswell.

Intel's Extreme Tuning Utility is what you need for Intel chips.

AIDA64 is what I use, P95 is trash.

P95 is bit outdated but I wouldn't call it trash. It works well for older Intel CPUs and all AMD chips. Its main problem is that it will take 24h+ to see if system is stable.

My personal favorite is OCCT.

Doesn't Intel XTU use prime95 for it's stress test.

My favorite is Linpack, might as well get those AVX2 instructions rocking if you have Haswell or above.

It's been a while since I've used XTU and looking back though prime95 was used for the benchmark in XTU while Linpack was used for stress testing. Don't know if it's the same for the later versions, perhaps you could check the binaries folder which was a sub folder of XTU or run the stress program or bench to see if the P95 bench and/or linpack shows up while running.
