H55 any good i'm a noob need some advice

hey there i've got a i5-4440 with the stock cooler and in games it hits up to 68c some times 74c i have got thermal paste and i want lower temps and i'm thinking of the H55 i was thinking of the Hyper 212 evo or! the Hyper TX3 Evo

Go for the 212 Evo. It's the best value in that range.

 

Also, temps sound pretty acceptable in the first place.

I have an h60 AIO and to be honest... I would've been much better with a hyper 212 evo... Its okay and it keeps it at idle 30C and max 45C but then again I only have a slightly OCed i5-4690k and don't run my cpu at full load...  The 212 EVO will be much better especially if you have good case airflow!
