Enough PSU Power?

I am building a PC for a friend. His PC specs run at around 400w. I was just wondering if the EVGA 500w PSU ($25) has enough power. He is not planning on overclocking, but he will play some intensive games.

yes 500 watts is fine

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
