I would choose this. Some super baller 1866mhz CAS 8 RAM, standard gamer's i5, GTX 970 to dominate almost all 1080p games. I have the same case/power supply and they're great. Also if you ever want another 970 in the future I think this power supply would handle it. Only problem with the case might be that it doesn't have much noise cancellation. But it's such an amazing case for the price, I think linus reviewed the Corsair 300r a long time ago

I tweaked this a little to allow for a cpu cooler and didnt allow for mail in rebates.

The PC I planned above is perfectly fine to run a stock CPU cooler in all cases without overclocking. However given that its a K series processor i should have included a CPU cooler.

 

Buyer could spend less on a case (which is a personal look choice anyway) and spend the rest on a CPU cooler, or purchase a CPU cooler when he has some spare change come around and decides to overclock.
