That will be PLENTY for Counter Strike :)

You will still be fine, Counter Strike is REALLY easy to run :P

Yeah, don't expect to run many more demanding games though. I had a Q6600 and it was a MASSIVE bottleneck for a GTX 560, which is around 20-25% faster than the HD 7770, so in games like Battlefield 3, for example, the Q6600 will bottleneck somewhat. But for Counterstrike I don't expect it'd be an issue.
