Pc having weird boot Issues

When I boot my computer everything seems fine. I type in the password to log in and still no problems, but once it loads to desktop all 3 monitors flash orange quickly then back to desktop. They cycle through this about twice a second. I managed to load task manager and found the CPU is running at 97%. Anti malware Service Executable is using 95% of my CPU. I tried to close it but windows will not let me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think it is a virus. Try to scan your system by going into safe mode.

The flashing is still occurring but antimalware service is only using 2.5%. The cpu is now only running at 40% load but the flashing and failure to load desktop icons is still occurring.

Windows 8.1, i5-4440, Gtx750ti, Msi z97-gd45, Boot drive Ocz Vector 150 120gb SSD, 8gb G skill rip jaws ddr3,

I'm certain it's a virus and also the virus might have corrupted windows.

Is the PC scanning? Download Malwarebytes and try to scan the system

I can't download anything in the systems current state. Also is it possible that this could be some negative reaction to a windows update? I just preformed an update yesterday.
